Third-party app support

Below is a list of all the third-party apps Fablet is known to support.

ShopPad Apps

In order to integrate our other apps with Fablet, you will need to add a snippet to the Custom Scripts section of your Fablet store. Follow the instructions below to do this.

1. Copy the snippet below that corresponds with the other ShopPad app you've installed.

2. Navigate to your Fablet dashboard, then click on the Integrations tab.

3. Paste the snippet in the Custom Scripts section of your store, then replace the STORENAME text with your store's UUID.

  • For example, the site http://shoeworld-4.myshopify.com would use the following code snippet: d1liekpayvooaz.cloudfront.net/apps/coin/coin.js?shop=shoeworld-4.myshopify.com

4. Save your changes.

Bold Apps

Bold and ShopPad are currently working on supporting BOLD apps on Fablet. At this time, the apps can co-exist, but their functionality is not present on Fablet.  Here is a document explaining the status of this relationship in greater detail.

Yotpo

Follow the instructions below to link Yotpo with Fablet.

1. Log in to your Yotpo account and navigate to the  Account Settings section, then click on the Store tab.

2. Copy the  API Key from the API Credentials section.

3. Navigate to the Integrations tab of your Fablet dashboard and paste the API Key in the Yotpo field. 

4. Make sure to test it, then save your changes.

LimeSpot

Follow the steps below to integrate LimeSpot with your Fablet store.

1. Go to your LimeSpot admin dashboard, then click on Account Summary.
2. Locate the Integration section and copy the  Storefront Key.
3. Navigate to the Integrations tab within your Fablet dashboard and paste the key in the LimeSpot Recommendations field.

4. Make sure to test it, then save your changes.

Tidio Live Chat

Follow the instructions below to integrate Tidio Live Chat with Fablet.

1. Starting from your Tidio Live Chat dashboard, click on Channels tab.

2. Navigate to the Integration section located under the Live chat subheading. 

3. Follow the prompts until your code snippet appears, then copy it to your clipboard.

  • Note: the code snippet is unique to all users.

4. Navigate to the Integrations tab within your Fablet dashboard and paste the the code in the Custom Scripts section.

5. Remove everything except for the text between // and ".

  • The correct piece of code is highlighted in the image above. 

6. Save your changes. 

Hindsight - Visitor Recording and Heatmapping

Follow the instructions below to integrate Hindsight with Fablet.

1. Copy the following snippet.

2. Navigate to your Fablet dashboard, then click on the  Integrations tab.

3. Paste the snippet in the  Custom Scripts section of your store, then replace the STORENAME text with your store's UUID.

  • For example, the site  http://shoeworld-4.myshopify.com would use the following code snippet: hindsight.significanceapps.com/scripttags/hindsight.js?shop=shoeworld-4.myshopify.com

4. Save your changes.
