Customize Tracktor Statuses

Overview

In the event that your Shopify store uses a local delivery service or if there are custom steps that you'd like to add to an orders' status, Tracktor has got you covered.

You can create Custom Order Statuses from the Reports tab on the app dashboard and you can manually Update Order Statuses from the Tracktor dashboard or Shopify's Order Page. You can also bulk update order statuses so you do not have to manually update each order individually.

Want to automatically update an order's status with your custom order status X amount of days after the order was placed? You can do this through our automation app called Mesa, which helps with automating manual processes on your Shopify store. Click here to learn more about Mesa and here to learn more about Tracktor's capabilities within Mesa.
